Here is a link to a Wikipedia page that shows the results of the 2012 primaries. As the year progresses it is updated to show how all the republican presidential candidates are doing.
So far Mitt Romney has taken both New Hampshire and Iowa, has 14 Delegates voting for him, and has 127,546 of the Popular vote which comes to 34.4%.
In Second we have Ron Paul who has taken no states (only two have done their primaries), has 10 Delegates voting for him, and has 83,068 of the Popular vote which comes to 22.4%.
