Md Congressman Denies Support For Mustache Tax Credit

 WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Maryland Congressman Roscoe Bartlett is denying reports that he's spearheading a drive to give men with mustaches a $250 dollar federal tax credit.

It's called the STACHE Act: the Stimulus for Critical Hair Expenses. And it's sponsored in a perhaps not so serious way by the American Mustache Institute.
