Japan shuts down last nuclear reactor

So, Japan is going green, and switching to other sources of power then nuclear.

Good for them.

But it seems to be wageing war throughout Japan.

So the question is, does the United States have an obligation to move in? If people are being slaughtered, and the U.S has the potential ability to stop it, should they do so? I don't know.
